My Diabetes Tutor

Our mission is to empower patients with virtual diabetes education they can use to manage diabetes throughout their lives. We are laser-focused on delivering nationally accredited DSMES led by licensed Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists. We meet people where they are—virtually, culturally, and emotionally—whether they are newly diagnosed or have been managing their diabetes for years. All of our education sessions are ADCES-accredited and fully reimbursable by most health plans, and we have consistently demonstrated tangible results like lower A1Cs. We believe that personalized, supportive education changes lives.
